Position: Independent Contractor Kickboxing Group Class Instructor Location: 40 W Terra Cotta Ave.
STE 40-A Crystal Lake, IL 60014 Compensation: $30 per 1-hour class, add on incentives for selling memberships and packing classes Responsibilities: Lead intense, upbeat, and motivational kickboxing group classes for members of all fitness levels Create a supportive and empowering atmosphere to uplift class members and help them achieve their goals Encourage member engagement and retention through excellent instruction and personalized attention Promote a positive studio culture and community spirit among members Assist with promoting classes to attract new members Maintain a clean and safe workout environment Requirements: Certified group fitness instructor (preferred but not mandatory) Experience teaching kickboxing group classes Passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to teach night classes and potentially rotating Sundays Knowledge of Mind Body software is a plus If you're ready to make a difference in the lives of others while doing what you love, we want to hear from you!
