Prinsco is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Onsite Wastewater sales efforts in the Midwest.

Responsibilities:
Focus on building government relations and securing regulatory approvals across a multi-state territory.
Establish and grow distributor relationships within the territory.
Hire and lead a sales team to execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing with a minimum of seven years of sales management experience, preferably with a manufactured, construction-related product.
Proven closing abilities in a dynamic environment, focusing on the introduction of a new product to market.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with willingness to travel up to 80 nights per year.
