Service BDC Representative

*Customer Service Concierge Responsibilities:* We are currently looking for full time, motivated, outgoing, team driven professionals to join our Service Business Development Center at Napleton Auto Werks in Rockford.
Service BDC Appointment coordinators work with new and existing customers to schedule service appointments, confirm, and remind of service appointments for new and existing customers for our multiple stores.
Candidates must be well spoken and have excellent telephone skills.
Primary responsibilities and requirements: Service BDC Associates are responsible to handle inbound and outbound service appointment calls, emails and texts for all dealerships.
Candidates must be able to multitask and converse on the phone while setting appointments utilizing multiple computer systems.
Requirements: * Handing incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and texts * Great computer skills * Able to multi-task * Positive attitude and serious work ethic * Strong team player * Excellent customer service skills * Able to create and maintain customer relationships * Goal oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
