We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Auto Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to oversee our sales department's BDC operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales and management, with a focus on maximizing sales opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service.

*Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage the BDC team to ensure exceptional customer service and effective sales processes.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, increase sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, appointment show rates, and sales closing ratios.
* Train, coach, and mentor BDC staff to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
* Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to streamline processes and enhance overall sales performance.
* Oversee the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and optimize sales opportunities.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
