*JOB OVERVIEW: *
Be a key member of our maintenance team playing a vital role in upholding our standards of excellence in ensuring our facilities are maintained in optimal condition! This position is a key position for the Conservation District as it travels around the County servicing and repairing items at the Conservation District’s buildings and grounds.
Work includes a wide variety of construction projects, building maintenance and repairs.
What are we looking for? Someone with a trades work background with a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
Completion of an apprenticeship program preferred, not required.
Or, equivalent combination of experience and education.
This individual should have a good knowledge of a wide range of work relating to the trades (i.
e.
carpentry, plumbing, etc.
).
For your safety and those around you, we require applicants to have a current, valid driver’s license and complete a pre-employment drug screening due to driving being essential to the job as well as being able to frequently lift up to 50lbs.
