Tilly is looking for dedicated, compassionate professionals to provide in-school care for students with special needs.
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be responsible for assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing behavior plans in the school setting.
You’ll help patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with caregivers.

*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide in-person behavior intervention services
* Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
* Collect and record data
* Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct
* Attend team meetings and complete team / individual training sessions
* Collaborate with teachers, school social workers, counselors, and others involved with care of students
*What You Bring:*
* High-school degree or equivalent (AA a plus)
* *Valid Para certification or Substitute teacher license*
* Training or experience working with individuals that have autism or other special needs (current RBT certification a plus!)
* Childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, mentor, tutor, coach, counselor)
* Creative problem solver in dynamic environments
* Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment
* Ability to walk, run, stand for long periods, kneel, crawl, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
* Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license required
* A desire to help others gain valuable life skills and use that as motivation for your own advancement
