I believe it is Matte Silver Plate on what looks to be Brass.
Ornate, Metal Frame.
Frame Measures approximately 10 inches wide x 12 inches tall.
Art piece is a Metal relief, and measures approximately 4 inches wide x 6 inches tall.
Matte is Genuine Cowhide.
Really nice, hard to find piece! Tag is missing so I am unable to locate the pieces title.
